Current Employee - Locomotive Engineer

I have been working at Union Pacific full-time

Pros

Great pay, retirement and benefits

Cons

Cant work in south Louisiana

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at AEA (Association of European Airlines) full-time

Pros

Flexible working hours. Nobody can objectively measure whether lobbying activities are successful or not, therefore there are less working pressure and responsibility if anything goes wrong.

Cons

No leadership, no communication, no vision, no teamwork. What you need is the ability to know how to play political game, not your competence.

Advice to Management

For lobbying activity, there is IATA and regional airline organization is not necessary. Airlines in Europe are paying double money for little achievement.
