I have been working at Defra for less than a year

Pros

Use of latest technology, all the high end equipments required to do the job are provided. Felxible work hours, working from home, very supportive project managers, teams working in collaboration to... achive the same goals.

Cons

Wifi at the office location can be a bit flaky at times and office space need refurbishment (Bristol TQH).

Advice to Management

Avoid third party consulting partners getting involved in currently running projects, it never yeilds positive results. :)
