I have been working at United Nations for less than a year

Pros

Great environment to work in, I got tremendous support from the team members.

Cons

None as of now.

I worked at Gouvernement du Quebec for more than 3 years

Pros

It is interesting to know about the Federal/Provincial dynamics of Canada. What are the main sectors driving the economy of the Province of Quebec and what are the main political issues.

Cons

It is a Provincial (non-official) Government represented in the Nation's Capital with no power whatsoever. It only for lobby purposes.

Advice to Management

Hire good and efficient Directors. Value more your employees
