Featured Review

Former Intern - Government Relations

I worked at United Technologies for less than a year

Pros

Great people, great company, great office. So many opportunities to get out into DC and get exposure to the political scene (and the aerospace/defense field). Exposure to high-level people as well.

Cons

Could have been more long-term projects for the interns. Summer is slow regardless, but lots of days where not much was going on.

Former Employee - Maintenance Mechanic

I worked at Aerojet Rocketdyne full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Able to work and plan your task in the way you deem most effective. You are able to order parts without hindrance to complete the work in a timely manner.

Cons

None. It was a great place to work. Too bad they moved to a place that has a better better business environment

Advice to Management

Watch some employees more closely.
