Featured Review

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at United Technologies full-time for more than a year

Pros

The company policies, working environment are good.

Cons

It’s a great opportunity to explore things in Aerospace

Current Employee - IT Service Desk Technician

I have been working at i3 full-time for less than a year

Pros

Benefits are outstanding Culture is top notch. As a former Apple employee that speaks volumes Management encourages personal growth

Cons

In other departments, I have seen the i3 culture isn't as prevalent as it is in IT. I would assume that comes down to management but I can't speak on that.

Advice to Management

Try to verify culture across different Portfolios. Some have it more than others.
