Former Intern - Intern

I worked at United Way

Pros

Friendly and cooperative work environment

Cons

Slightly unfocused tasks and responsibilities

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Kansas City Public Library part-time for less than a year

Pros

Laid back, supportive staff, great benefits for part-time employees. I used to work for them back in 2001, but I moved, which is the only reason I left or I would have stayed. 14 years later, I come... back to the same branch I worked for, even though its a different branch manager (who is just awesome as the one I had back then) and most of the people I worked with back in 2001 are STILL there! So I guess another pros is the turnover is very very low.

Cons

Can't think of any!

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing. Can't think of anything right now.
