Pros

Culture seems to be a high priority for the company (Stems from Wickman & Hemsley, which is good) and the benefits are decent (Including the ESOP)

Cons

Nothing hug. Internal politics, which is usual for a company this size. Some areas there are career advancement challenges, which again is usual for a company this size. Overall it's a good place to... work and build a career

I have been working at Accredo Health full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Its a pro that Cigna has bought Accredo and there merging I see great changes already.

Cons

There definitely should be a grace period clocking in. There's about 700 employees to a limited amount of time clocks

Advice to Management

Promote people that actually know the function of the job.
