Featured Review

Current Employee - IT Program Manager

I have been working at UnitedHealth Group full-time

Pros

Culture seems to be a high priority for the company (Stems from Wickman & Hemsley, which is good) and the benefits are decent (Including the ESOP)

Cons

Nothing hug. Internal politics, which is usual for a company this size. Some areas there are career advancement challenges, which again is usual for a company this size. Overall it's a good place to... work and build a career

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work.

Former Employee - Sales Intern

I worked at Amazon part-time for less than a year

Pros

Surrounded by intelligent people which is very motivating

Cons

Communication with management for assignments

Advice to Management

HR management needs some work
