Featured Review

Current Employee - IT Program Manager

I have been working at UnitedHealth Group full-time

Pros

Culture seems to be a high priority for the company (Stems from Wickman & Hemsley, which is good) and the benefits are decent (Including the ESOP)

Cons

Nothing hug. Internal politics, which is usual for a company this size. Some areas there are career advancement challenges, which again is usual for a company this size. Overall it's a good place to... work and build a career

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work.

Former Employee - Customer Service Representative

I worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota full-time for more than a year

Pros

Extremely beneficial training and overall knowledge of important aspects of everyone’s life. The training was long and a lot of information to take in but was extremely thorough and directed... perfectly.

Cons

A lot of systems to learn, some of which don’t always work.

Advice to Management

Management was really good, they were interactive with all departments and employees and addressed issues/concerns promptly and respectfully.
