Featured Review

Current Employee - IT Program Manager

I have been working at UnitedHealth Group full-time

Pros

Culture seems to be a high priority for the company (Stems from Wickman & Hemsley, which is good) and the benefits are decent (Including the ESOP)

Cons

Nothing hug. Internal politics, which is usual for a company this size. Some areas there are career advancement challenges, which again is usual for a company this size. Overall it's a good place to... work and build a career

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at HealthPort full-time

Pros

Pleasant work schedule, professional staff members and decent pay.

Cons

You may have to work by yourself on some occasions when a coworker is on vacation however, your area supervisor should be there accordingly to assist with any issues via phone or email and sometimes... in person.
