Featured Review

Current Employee - IT Program Manager

I have been working at UnitedHealth Group full-time

Pros

Culture seems to be a high priority for the company (Stems from Wickman & Hemsley, which is good) and the benefits are decent (Including the ESOP)

Cons

Nothing hug. Internal politics, which is usual for a company this size. Some areas there are career advancement challenges, which again is usual for a company this size. Overall it's a good place to... work and build a career

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work.

Former Employee - Director

I worked at Molina Healthcare full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great teamwork, common goals with a very positive onboarding experience and team building approach.

Cons

Working in insurance is always risky for job stability.

Advice to Management

Continue to stay as transparent as you are with your staff in such a dynamic and changing industry.
