Featured Review

Current Employee - IT Program Manager

I have been working at UnitedHealth Group full-time

Pros

Culture seems to be a high priority for the company (Stems from Wickman & Hemsley, which is good) and the benefits are decent (Including the ESOP)

Cons

Nothing hug. Internal politics, which is usual for a company this size. Some areas there are career advancement challenges, which again is usual for a company this size. Overall it's a good place to... work and build a career

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work.

I have been working at Morales Group full-time for less than a year

Pros

a company truly driven by its core values and goes the extra mile to invest in their people free access to TrueU partnership with Elements Financial Mission trip to Mexico can work from home... within reason

Cons

some growing pains as they adjust to reinventing themselves... but at least they are changing. 401k does not start until after 1 year

Advice to Management

keep raising the bar and trying new things, but remember to stay true to your why
