Featured Review

Current Employee - IT Program Manager

I have been working at UnitedHealth Group full-time

Pros

Culture seems to be a high priority for the company (Stems from Wickman & Hemsley, which is good) and the benefits are decent (Including the ESOP)

Cons

Nothing hug. Internal politics, which is usual for a company this size. Some areas there are career advancement challenges, which again is usual for a company this size. Overall it's a good place to... work and build a career

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Omega Healthcare full-time

Pros

Work environment, good colleuges, friendly team leads, excellent organisers, overall an excellent company.

Cons

Initial salaries of medical coder.

Advice to Management

Company is a lion but coming to the salaries of freshers in medical coding is low and spoiling the reputation of company in public.
