Featured Review

Current Employee - IT Program Manager

I have been working at UnitedHealth Group full-time

Pros

Culture seems to be a high priority for the company (Stems from Wickman & Hemsley, which is good) and the benefits are decent (Including the ESOP)

Cons

Nothing hug. Internal politics, which is usual for a company this size. Some areas there are career advancement challenges, which again is usual for a company this size. Overall it's a good place to... work and build a career

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work.

Current Employee - Recruiter

I have been working at Spring Venture Group full-time for less than a year

Pros

I just wanted to comment on how smoothly SVG employees made the transition from being on-site to remote in a matter of a few days. SVG, specifically the IT team, did an amazing job of helping all of... our employees get things boxed up and helping troubleshoot during our first days of all working remotely. It really showed the level of pre-planning that leadership had been putting into the conversations around the pandemic and making sure we had a plan in place. This allowed us to, early on, make the safe and socially conscious decision of allowing our people to be work from home, while also ensuring that we remain successful in our jobs. So impressed and grateful to work for a company that cares!

Cons

Nothing to add here, just really impressed with how SVG handled this situation.
