Featured Review

Current Employee - IT Program Manager

I have been working at UnitedHealth Group full-time

Pros

Culture seems to be a high priority for the company (Stems from Wickman & Hemsley, which is good) and the benefits are decent (Including the ESOP)

Cons

Nothing hug. Internal politics, which is usual for a company this size. Some areas there are career advancement challenges, which again is usual for a company this size. Overall it's a good place to... work and build a career

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Truman Medical Centers full-time for less than a year

Pros

Good Work/Life Balance Amazing Health Care Benefits and 403b Plan - pay mileage Supervisors and Team are resourceful and helpful Great location in Kansas City Learn about so many resources in Kansas... City Opportunity to learn clinical documentation

Cons

Transporting your clients/patients - however, they are in need and you provide this super helpful service to them
