Current Employee - Senior Recruitment Consultant

I have been working at Uniting Ambition full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

- Rewards and recognition for hard work - Good technology, you don't have to spend all day scrolling through job boards - Ambition, its refreshing to work in a business that's proactive, rather... than reactive to the market. - New office looks amazing - The people and events are the best - great on the floor, open plan and music playing. - Good progression, I know what i need to do get my next promotion - Support from the rest of the team and the directors.

Cons

- Recruitment can be really tough - but that's not specific to UA.

Current Employee - Head of Practice

I have been working at Rullion full-time for more than a year

Pros

Clear strategy. Lots of change. Business moving at pace. Great history but also forward thinking. High levels of autonomy. Inclusive. Rewarding.

Cons

Non to focus on. There is a lot happening, naturally a lot of change isn't for everyone, regardless of how positive it is.
