Former Employee - Attractions Team Member

I worked at Universal Orlando Resort part-time for more than 10 years

Pros

UO was one of the best jobs I'd ever had. They genuinely care about you and want you to do well. Management is phenomenal. It was always a fun day even in the busier season. Nours were great as well!

Cons

Pay is not high enough for someone my age to make it without a second job or living with roommates, but hey! It is Orlando, that's generally the par for any job there! You don't work inside of a... theme park for the money.

I worked at SoftRock

Pros

Cookouts every Friday! Everyone who works there are so friendly.

Cons

You had to meet a certain quota in order to get commission

Advice to Management

All the managers there are very nice!
