Former Intern - Consulting Intern

I worked at University College London

Pros

They were good with their critique of our project.

Cons

They were not clear about how the project would be implemented.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Queen Mary, University of London full-time

Pros

Great investment in training and their on-campus professional development courses are fantastic. A great place to start your career.

Cons

As a young woman, there were some older male staff members who were dismissive and sometimes sexist.

Advice to Management

Invest in wider-reaching diversity/hidden bias training.
