Competitive environment and applicant pool
I have been working at UAB Medicine full-time
The older supervisors, the men , the desk staffs and the employees which greet and scans for covid-19 is the most respectful staff at UAB hospital
They don't tell u everything that counts against you You only no the wrongs once you have done it Also the staff which sits over the pt crew looks over the pt crew, poor training from the younger... kids, not enough time to make sense of the hospital. The employees that bring u in and go through the orientation with you is the greatest They is unaware of the misfits that's actually happening in the place of work
Advice to Management
Please help the situation of the supervisors which is over the patient transport jobs Jessica, and the crew that sits behind the desk all day literally show little respect, they are definitely more... concerned about they personal life at work than there actually jobs and focus on the state of the patient transport crew not any of there concerns This literally was said about a patient transport staff member the words were she ain't nobody she doesn't matter we need to show her that she can be replaced. The issue were the employer stated back to the supervisor that she was not aware of the rule about clocking in and out so she needs to not be accountable for it when she wasn't aware of it Also she stated I think that my training sessions should be taught to the fullest and clearest understanding The desk staffs wants to say anything anyway without a response from the pt crew so this is a problem
