Advice to Management

n/a

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Rain Bird full-time for more than a year

Pros

While they run a "pretty lean ship", this means that you have a lot of latitude to operate within your area of responsibility. Not a lot of oversight and/or micro-managing with a premium put on... getting results within the context of the company culture (e.g getting results but not at the sacrifice of compliance or integrity).

Cons

If you require a lot of direction in your day-to-day work OR are not used to a fast-paced get results climate, this would not be a good place for you.
