Current Employee - Registered Nurse

I have been working at Rush University Medical Center full-time for more than a year

Pros

employee's feel like RUSH has really focused on their employees mental and physical well-being during this pandemic. This is always very welcome, especially during a time where it has proven quite... difficult to stay positive.

Cons

Sometimes I feel like staffing can be inadequate, but most days we are able to stay afloat!
