- Computer Science department has been growing at a very fast pace, which leads to a lack of resources (space, staff, etc.). This made teaching in that department hard at times. - Work/life balance... gets hard while teaching and doing grad school at the same time, but that's also dependent on your own management of your time, experience teaching, etc. This is also kind of expected when going to grad school (also, worth it for a full tuition waiver.)
