1) most jobs are on campus which made working and going to school convenient 2) they would around students academic schedule 3) It is a chill and laid back environment 4) Staff is super kind and... caring
1) people wait until the last minute to mention they cannot work or have an excuse that sounds made up
Advice to Management
They should've followed what other universities were doing while states were quarantined. Their plan to have students continue to work and do remote projects were pointless. It would've been easier... and better to pay students based on the average hours they worked as every other higher education institution in NV did.

* Everybody is like family * Amazing benefits and work culture * Pension plans * Not Stressful * Over-time benefits * No Micromanaging supervisors
* Scanty pay - Las Vegas cost of living is going up * Promotions - harder than you think. Several people don't get promoted even for more than 15 years even if they deserve it. * Parking is free... but not covered. They can invest in Solar-covered parking structures. * One has to start at lower pay range

-Improve base pay so that employees are motivated to work. -Provide drinking water
