Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at University of Pittsburgh full-time

Pros

Great environment. Benefits are possibly the best in region, especially the 403(b) options. Flexible work environment and chill.

Cons

Not much of a career ladder

Current Employee - Senior Electrical Engineer

I have been working at Bechtel Plant Machinery full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Excellent benefits and work/life balance.

Cons

Working in project management can be mundane and grinding. It's not for every engineer.
