I have been working at CDK Global full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Ability to work for one of the largest dealer management software companies. Travel benefits and perks are an added bonus. The ability to work with dealership people and gain knowledge of all types... of manufactures.

Cons

Weekly travel and the stress being away from family.

Advice to Management

Management should listen To their employees more and implement more suggestions.
