Current Employee - Talent Acquisition

I have been working at VML full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Feel valued I have experienced more career growth @ VMLY&R than I have at any other company Benefits are rich and cost is minimal Surrounded by the best in the business doing amazing work for... our clients Supportive management Strong and influential leadership Sensitive to work life family balance

Cons

Does it say something to the fact that I have been trying to think of "cons" for the last 15 minutes and have yet to come up with anything?

Advice to Management

Keep investing in your employees

Former Employee - Engineer

I worked at Fairbanks Scales full-time for more than a year

Pros

Understand of real world events. Worked with me when I had crisis in my life to allow me to attend to it and still maintain a stable a realisic work/life balance. Patient and understanding leadership.

Cons

Dated manufacturing facility, desperately needing a remodel or a new factory for increased production.

Advice to Management

Probably less expensive to develop a new plant in the same/similar area to not interrupt work but allow for a complete revamp of the facilities.
