Featured Review

Current Employee - Senior Architect

I have been working at VMware full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

I'm on my second stint and been here over 7 years. I love the culture, community, and ethical corporate focus. And VMW continues to deliver real innovation across many technology segments.

Cons

Things move fast and everyone is brilliant. You have to bring your a-game every day.

Advice to Management

Continue to add diverse talent. Don't always promote from within. Don't always hire people from the same Partner orgs. Diversity is key to our success!

Pros

Benefits, work life balance, challenging

Cons

Time lines to finish projects can be too short
