Current Employee - Vice President Global Delivery

Pros

ValueLabs is a wonderful organization in many ways. Pragmatic Empathy is what one would always experience at various levels amongst the organization, employees and the clients. The environment is... agile, forthright, conducive, and there's no decision making paralysis. The DNA nurtured over several years is to own one's work and hence folks working here are more client representatives than just employees! The mutual Trust that is built over-time and the passion towards One-Company model is a celebrated success secret. While the number of long-standing employees and clients with more than a decade of association is a reflection of the overall stability and Satisfaction Quotient, the openness to welcome new talents to bring in the industry learnings contributes to the diversity.

Cons

If there's any, I would discuss with the organization!

Current Employee - Senior Medical Assistant

Pros

Where do I start? The opportunities for advancement are endless with Wellmed. Not only do they support your personal growth, they also provide an amazing support system to their employees. During the... start of the pandemic it was scary and hectic for all healthcare workers. Wellmed stepped up to the plate and provided emotional as well as financial support. I am proud to be part of a corporation that provides genuine preventative care for patients and their supporting families. I also appreciate how openly diverse and culturally aware they are.

Cons

I cannot speak of any cons, due to the fact that I have not had a negative experience here.
