Pros
Too many to list so I'll just state the obvious. Top notch onboarding and training for new hires. Continuous coaching/training and professional development. Uncapped commissions and salary increases.... Competitive starting salaries. A genuine opportunity to actually get paid what you're worth as long as you put in the dedication that's required. Paid medical, dental, 401K, and PTO. Just an amazing company overall if you're willing to apply what we teach and adhere to our core values.
Cons
Not being in the office anymore to see all of the smiling faces. But hey, we still have video conferencing. And our health is far more important so it's not a real con.

I have been working at Market Technologies full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
Perfect place for a go getter personality. They encourgae you to bring fresh and new ideas to the table and then help you thoughtout the process of bringing those ideas to life. I've yet to have any... negative experiences with the employees and managment. The work culture is laid back, and the company really cares about it's employees. Managment doesnt controll your every move (ie. no babysitting). It's a small business, so it has a falmily feel to it, everyone takes care of eachother. A lot of vacation days and a flexible work locations is a great added benefit for me. I've been working here 5+ years and plan on sticking around.
Cons
The offices enviroments could use a little redesign to bring more life to the everyday tasks.
