Current Employee - Indepedent Sales Associate

I have been working at Vector Marketing full-time

Pros

Great hours make your own. Great people training you very compassionate and always willing to help you do your best.

Cons

None. If I could find the customers I would be able to do this job.

Advice to Management

Keep up all the great work.

Former Employee - Web Developer

I worked at 123 Internet Group full-time for more than a year

Pros

A great team of funny, welcoming people and amazing company culture. They also give people a chance who might not necessarily get it elsewhere. They responded to covid as well as pretty much any... company could, maybe better so props there. Pre covid there were some great benefits which I believe they will reintroduce. Generally, a good work-life balance never had much of a problem in that area. Can easily talk to management about any problems you're dealing with. They have a ton of experience and if you're just starting out this a really good foot in the door.

Cons

To make it clear 123 are a great company however with any company they have issues. Antiquated when it comes to working fully remote. Employees should be allowed to work fully-remote should they... choose. As long as the work is done, it shouldn't matter where they work. Not a con but you have to have thick skin to work here - which I love but I know that's not to everyone's taste.

Advice to Management

Going to be honest because I want this to be the best company possible for the people that work there. Hopefully, you won't disregard what I'm about to say. Please better financially compensate... your employees (at least bump them up to market rate) they are an amazing team and deserve it. This more than anything will probably boost your employee retention rate. Don't get left behind when comes to fully remote working, open your mind to it more it's not a luxury/privilege. If it enhances the life of your employee and they can still get their work done then why not? Finally and most importantly. (If you haven't already) Get a washing machine 😛 .
