Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Vedder Price full-time for more than a year

Pros

-Great company culture. The Firm takes pride in employee satisfaction. They’ve recently incorporated Jean Friday’s, which has been a welcome change! -A good mix of long term tenure along with a... number of new faces for growing positions. It’s refreshing to know folks are happy enough to stay 10, 20+ years at the Firm, while also knowing new ideas and positions are welcome. -Approachable leadership. In my experience, new ideas are welcomed, if not encouraged. -The Firm promotes work life balance with a 35 hour work week. -Opportunity for growth. The Firm is invested in career development.

Cons

None - I’m very happy!
