Former Contractor - Anonymous Contractor

I worked at Vestas Wind Systems

Pros

Great environment. Enjoyed the opportunities to grow

Cons

Not challenging assignments Difficult to communicate with different departments

I worked at IBERDROLA Renewables

Pros

Lots of international exposure, heavy studies on policy in the US and EU, very friendly work environment, great help on my internship with others in the office and lots of good Greek language... practice.

Cons

Sometimes things were a bit disorganized, my original instructions were a bit unclear for my internship at first but were clarified along the way.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what youre doing, just work a little on organization and providing interns with exact instructions on what they are doing at your company
