Pros

Amazingly engineered, category-leading products, and a deep, genuine commitment to customer success and satisfaction. This is a company that has quietly and deliberately built a phenomenal set of... products, around a warm, family-like culture, and has the overall feeling of a rocket ship about to take off.

Cons

This is not a con at all. But as a smaller, fast-growing company, every body counts. If you're a "big company" person, you'd better be willing to roll up your sleeves.

Pros

Great working with world class customers and peers, hired by some of the best people in the world. I now know them as friends and that experience is available to everyone at Sevone.

Cons

Sevone will be challenged by the shift in buying patterns in the top tier customers which are Service Provider and Enterprise accounts, the impact of the transformation is not unique to Sevone.

Advice to Management

Change can be hard and execution can be even harder, listen to customers and deliver,...but they know this.
