Former Employee - Customer Service Representative

I worked at Visa Inc. full-time

Pros

Room for growth The salary was better than other places

Cons

Metrics used for grading are hit or miss and sometimes out of your control.

Former Employee - Data Entry Operator

I worked at Genesis Data part-time for less than a year

Pros

Small close-knit team. Mostly, if not all women. Relaxing atmosphere, just plug in your ipod ear-buds and type till your fingers hurt. I increased my typing speed dramatically from 9,000 kph to 14...,000 kph.

Cons

Weird schedule. Everyday it's different. They call you in the am to tell you when to come in, then you work until everyone finishes entering all the documents received for the day. The earlier they... called you in, the more work there was. They never called you in earlier then 11am. Never stayed past 10pm.

Advice to Management

You're doing a good job! Keep it up, you address concerns when brought to your attention, the work culture is relaxing and easy-going. The wage was okay, just stop calling the extra dollar people get... their healthcare benefits, one extra dollar per hour isn't enough for someone to afford healthcare. Not sure if this has changes since I worked here.
