Encourages innovation, best IT techs ever, great benefits and compensation, promotes diversity, gives back to the community. CEO is engaged with the people, customers, and the market. Great... place to work

I have been working at PR3 Systems full-time for more than a year

Pros

I had a positive experience over the 2 years I worked at PR3 Systems.....The folks working here are technically strong and there is so much to learn from them...The company is flexible and adapts... quickly to changing business scenarios....They have clients in various industries and that allows you to explore the domain and technologies of your choice.... The CEO cares for his employees... and does his best to help employees....he helped me with my H1 processing even when I had to leave the US after 6 years...Thanks to him I was able to come back to the US.....I enjoyed the time I worked here and learnt a lot of new skills.....

Cons

No really a con but employees must be willing to travel on short notice as it is part and parcel of consulting.....

Advice to Management

Must move into cutting edge technologies like BigData, Predictive Analytics, Data Mining etc...
