Pros

Good work/life balance due to benefits. Working in a small non-profit allows for a family atmosphere filled with hard working & dedicated individuals.

Cons

Lower end pay scale. Tight budget restraints. Not enough employees to get everything accomplished in a timely & efficient manner.
