Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Volcom full-time

Pros

They offer lots of opportunities for exercise, such as Yoga, pilates, boxing, and boot camp at the for corporate employees at the headquarters.

Cons

Sometimes there may be a very short gap if one wellness program ends before the next begins, but not much

Current Employee - Store Manager

I have been working at Hurley full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great benefits and pay. You feel like a real business owner as the team at HQ appreciates and listens to you. You feel valued.

Cons

Can be very slow at times.

Advice to Management

My main advice would be to the buyers: change it up! We need trendier product to keep up with the times. Many of the products we get are items that we have sold before.
