Former Freelancer - Proposal Writer

I worked at Volt Consulting Group for more than 10 years

Pros

Quick Interview Process Fast Placement Excellent Support after placement

Cons

Temp Agency, not always for hire Not Volt's fault, just an Industry standard

Current Employee - Trainer

I have been working at Volt Payments full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Volt Payments is a great place to work for. I've been here over three years now and it's been a eye-opening experience, and I can easily say I've never been happier with a career decision. Management... is constantly helping to shape employees and bring structure to our office. Our company is constantly growing by offering new products and services and I love being a part of that constant growth. It's refreshing to work with a company that leads by guidance instead of archaic methods and non-connectivity. To say the least, working at Volt Payments is awesome! We have a great, family style staff and real leaders as management. At the end of the day, it feels great to do my part for this company.

Cons

From a training point of view, it's tough to see someone come in as a new hire and go through training only to give up on themselves a few days later. Not to say that this happens a lot, but it never... feels good to see someone fresh come in, go through training, get shaped up by management, and ultimately stop pushing themselves.
