Volt Payments is a great place to work for. I've been here over three years now and it's been a eye-opening experience, and I can easily say I've never been happier with a career decision. Management... is constantly helping to shape employees and bring structure to our office. Our company is constantly growing by offering new products and services and I love being a part of that constant growth. It's refreshing to work with a company that leads by guidance instead of archaic methods and non-connectivity. To say the least, working at Volt Payments is awesome! We have a great, family style staff and real leaders as management. At the end of the day, it feels great to do my part for this company.
From a training point of view, it's tough to see someone come in as a new hire and go through training only to give up on themselves a few days later. Not to say that this happens a lot, but it never... feels good to see someone fresh come in, go through training, get shaped up by management, and ultimately stop pushing themselves.
