Current Employee - Contract Specialist

I have been working at Vulcan full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great people, the work is different every day, the management team is supportive, the benefits are good, the work schedule is good, communication is great, easy to commute, lots of great perks, fun... events, they take good care of their employees and really care about work/life balance

Cons

I'm happy with everything so far!

Former Employee - Online Marketing Analyst

I worked at PopCap Games full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Great people and fun atmosphere. The company lets you be yourself and work and different projects. You can learn a lot and advance your skills.

Cons

The culture changed when the company was purchased by EA games. They department I was in was over managed and the managers were not that good at their jobs.

Advice to Management

Let the members of your teams work independently and feel that they have the room to fail.
