Featured Review

Current Employee - Associate Vice President

I have been working at WNS full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Growing company with focus on employee development and growth

Cons

Some processes too bureaucratic in the company

I have been working at Ceasefire Industries

Pros

there is a lot of learning and face to face interactions with the clients

Cons

Whatever post you hold no matter you have to do the sale and fulfill your targets appraisal policy is too bad employee retention is not there working culture is not good If sale is not there are... chances that you will be kicked out of the organization no second chances are there

Advice to Management

It is not necessary to send your Sales executives daily on the field as they are so tired and exhaust they their energy level will always be low. Try to look & solve the problems of the staff.
