Current Employee - CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

I have been working at WSO2 full-time for less than a year

Pros

- The Open Source way and all that it means - Incredible culture of openness, community contribution, teamwork, flexible schedule - Dedicated team without any 'jerks' - Great products loved by a... growing customer base - Service focused team from engineers to sales & mrkt to delivery & support - Career development from internships and continuing education, to departmental rotations and global opportunities

Cons

- Rapidly evolving operations and processes as we grow at 50% a year - Don't work here if you don't want to work hard - Some adjustment if you come from MSFT Office, as we are Google everything -... Tough interview process driven by desire to ensure 'fit'

Advice to Management

- Tell the world about this little company from Sri Lanka - Continue the collaboration at top levels and across teams - Focus on the great founding principles - Inspire more of the individual... contributors to voice opinions upward

Current Employee - Menu Supervisor

I have been working at Sysco LABS full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

For as long as I have worked for this company they have always done these really nice employee morale boosters. From silly fun stuff to celebrate to our weekly lunches they are always sending the... message that they care about our happiness. They also demonstrate this in how they handle employee dissatisfaction. If you are upset for any reason, doesn't even have to be work related, there is an open door policy and your supervisor is encouraged to take the time to listen and if possible help resolve what might be bothering you.

Cons

I just don't have anything to list here.

Advice to Management

Keep up the forward movement, the growth and the employee first environment that has always made this a great place to work.
