Current Employee - Enterprise Customer Success Manager

I have been working at Leadspace full-time for more than a year

Pros

Long list of pros : 1. Smart colleagues who take work seriously but don't take themselves seriously - good sense of humor 2. Diversity of people and thought - different perspectives and... personalities are welcome, included and celebrated 3. Seasoned management who you can trust to make the right decisions for the company, who are also transparent and are open to feedback from the team 4. Work-life balance - we work very hard 8-5pm and sometimes take work back home. There are rare times I'm on early morning/ late night calls - these are usually only in times of work emergency or for clients in different time zones. 5. High performance is recognized, valued and rewarded 6. It's a true meritocracy. Objectivity is ingrained into the culture. 7. Product is cutting-edge and team innovates at a very fast rate. (super important for a Saas company!)

Cons

While the product is truly cutting edge and robust, we've been sluggish on user experience. But this has changed recently, the new look and feel is promising!

Advice to Management

You guys are awesome! Keep guarding our culture of high performance, diversity, objectivity and balance.
