Featured Review

Former Employee - Loss Prevention

I worked at Walmart full-time for less than a year

Pros

Walmart is very good at being flexible with one's work schedule, especially if you are a student full time.

Cons

I don't have anything negative to say about Walmart.

Advice to Management

Keep following you’re policies and remain understanding to your employees' needs

Current Employee - Sales and Service Supervisor

I have been working at Office Depot full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Great commission if you meet goals. Can earn additional 5+ an hour if you can sell services. Co-workers have always been upbeat and motivated

Cons

Sometimes hard to find really motivated employees to go over and beyond the goals of the company.

Advice to Management

Hire, new hire accountability to meet goals, train and develop, explain goals. Re-hire continue.
