"Good benefits"

Pros

This is my 2nd time with Walmart, returned in 2007. The insurance is great, especially the Centers of Excellence for transplants & knee surgery, I'm sure there's more but this is what myself and... others I know have used. Education benefits begin on your first day. The programs vary. Work environment in our Pharmacy is awesome. We have a Great Team.

Cons

After working with WM for 16+ years, I am now capped out and have not received a raise in 2 years.
