Former Employee - Loss Prevention

I worked at Walmart full-time for less than a year

Pros

Walmart is very good at being flexible with one's work schedule, especially if you are a student full time.

Cons

I don't have anything negative to say about Walmart.

Advice to Management

Keep following you’re policies and remain understanding to your employees' needs

Current Employee - Rural Carrier Associate

I have been working at US Postal Service part-time for more than a year

Pros

Pay is very good for Kansas. Benefits are really good if you're career.

Cons

Communication isn't very good. It takes too long to get a career position. Without a career position, no pension.
