Pros

Free classroom training, willing to take on newbies like myself, personal help from team leads. Paid on time and no hold backs

Cons

team leads were thinned during Harvey and Irma which is understandable. management offered team leads to take on claims, which took work away from others and took their attention. lowered adjusters'... split this year
