Featured Review

Current Employee - Executive Assistant II

I have been working at Warner Bros. full-time

Pros

There's a definite attitude that talent/high performers should be nurtured--people can have their whole career at WB instead of having to move outside the company to move up. It's pretty employee... centered, and stable. Everyone (at least in the division where I am) is happy to be there which keeps the vibe pleasant and fun.

Cons

Your experience is almost entirely dependent on what exec you roll up into... Plus, it's entertainment. You're making less than you would be making in an equivalent job in tech, etc.

Former Freelancer - Concept Artist

I worked at Passion Pictures for less than a year

Pros

Some of the most enjoyable freelance work I've had, and nice people to work with

Cons

Sometimes to negotiate down my rate
