"Great company and great people"Jun 26, 2022
★★★★★
I have been working at WarnerMedia full-time for less than a year
Pros
Flexibility, diversity commitment, no micro management - autonomy to make decisions, but also collaborate together.
Cons
Easy to get lost due to the numerous brands and 20k+ employees. Can be challenging to navigate IT systems due to past mergers of businesses. Can be frustrating for people that aren't pro-active and... self motivated.
Advice to Management
Continue to voice and influence as we continue to acclimate/merge with Discovery.
