Featured Review

Former Employee - Dispatcher/Router

I worked at Waste Management full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

I really enjoyed my time while working at Waste Management. The employees really care about going above and beyond for the customer, and it shows. And the supervisors/managers all work together so... that everything runs seamlessly. The insurance and benefits plans are phenomenal. I would definitely recommend applying to anyone that is thinking about it!

Cons

It can get repetitive occasionally, but so does every other job.

Advice to Management

None.

Current Employee - Software Development Manager

I have been working at Amazon full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Amazing commitment to excellence at all levels.

Cons

It’s a large organization that regularly turns on a dime. The organizational “G-forces” can be extreme.

Advice to Management

The LPs are genius. Make sure you and your subordinates really understand them.
