Featured Review

Former Employee - Dispatcher/Router

I worked at Waste Management full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

I really enjoyed my time while working at Waste Management. The employees really care about going above and beyond for the customer, and it shows. And the supervisors/managers all work together so... that everything runs seamlessly. The insurance and benefits plans are phenomenal. I would definitely recommend applying to anyone that is thinking about it!

Cons

It can get repetitive occasionally, but so does every other job.

Advice to Management

None.

Current Employee - Human Resources

I have been working at Evergreen Packaging full-time for more than a year

Pros

Evergreen is a great company to work for. They offer mobility and advancement to further your career with them and develop your skills.

Cons

The team is kept very slim and makes working more difficult.

Advice to Management

Don't starve the teams/workforce of help and be surprised that good employees leave.
